Terms & Conditions

1. That this walk is voluntarily chosen by the participant and organisers reserve the right to number of participants per walk preferably maximum around 12-15 per walk .

2. 24 hour prior information for cancellation by participant is highly appreciated to that other person can be accommodated.

3. Organisers are not responsible for any personal or material or accidental injury or loss to participant of walk .

4. Text or images or pictures or any form of presentation of walk or used during the walk shall remain the property of the organisms for all times.

5. Contribution at the time of walk is Rs 500 which includes registration , batch , entrance fee, online walk brochure & photographs , water and your contribution to orphanage and school for special children .

6. Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone or modify any event at any stage of walk.

7. Participants agree to follow term and conditions of walk , the rules and regulations of visiting the archeological sites and other laws and shall keep the area clean and endeavour to use environmental friendly products.

8. That the duration of walk will be around 2 or 2.30 hours , Contribution by the participants at the time of walk will include walk expenses and contribution towards welfare of “orphanage and school for special children”.

9. DHWT reserves the right qua schedule and participants of walk, no liability qua any accident and injury during walk, text or images in print or digital format of walk remains the property of DHWT.

An attitude to enjoy , relax , imaginative and contribution to nature , art , culture , creation , knowledge and environment with comfortable walking shoes , shades to play with sun and light wind jacket , if wind god also choose to accompany. Above all a heart and mind to connect with Delhi .
